While I work with all sorts of very common medical conditions, I come at nutrition with an Integrative and Functional Medicine perspective. What does that mean? All it means is that I'm looking at you as a whole person. I don't just look at your diagnosis. My job is to understand you as a person and all the contributing factors that make you who you are today. That allows me to better understand what type of diet and health recommendations will likely work best for you, not only in ameliorating your condition but also supporting all the systems in your body. That's what we mean by "integrative." It is a whole person approach.
