Medical Nutrition Therapy
Rates for INSURANCE carriers. This is the amount billed to your insurance.
Initial consult fee (75 minutes) $240
Follow up visits $180
*Please check with your insurance regarding coverage for nutrition counseling. Denied claims will be billed to the patient.
Rates for CASH PAY/out of pocket. Payment must be made at time of service.
Initial consult fee (60 – 75 minutes) $145
Follow up visits (50 – 60 minutes) $99
30 Minute Check-ins $55

Most major insurance plans accepted. Benefits may vary, so please check with your insurance provider regarding nutrition benefits prior to your appointment.

- Medicare Part B (Only covers Type 2 Diabetes and Kidney Disease)

If your insurance plan does not cover nutrition counseling, please inquire about our cash discount rates for payment at time of service. Discounts are also offered for multiple visit packages.
