While I work with all sorts of very common medical conditions, I come at nutrition with an Integrative and Functional Medicine perspective. What does that mean?

All it means is that I'm looking at you as a whole person. I don't just look at your diagnosis. My job is to understand you as a person and all the contributing factors that make you who you are.

That allows me to better understand what type of diet and health recommendations will likely work best for you, not only in improving your current condition but also supporting all the systems in your body.

That's what we mean by "integrative." It is a whole-person approach.

Part of this approach may include ordering functional lab testing to get a deeper understanding of what is going on in your body. These are only recommended as needed and in conjunction with your goals.
